Play Therapy

(Ages 3–10)

Play is how kids say what they can't yet find words for.

Starting therapy for your child is a big step, and we don't take that lightly. Our play therapy space is designed to be the opposite of clinical — cozy, colorful, and completely kid-centered.

Children often can't explain what they're feeling. What they can do is show you — through play, creativity, and imagination. In play therapy, that IS the work. Toys and art and storytelling aren't a warm-up; they're how children process, heal, and grow.

What Happens in Sessions

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Imaginative play and storytelling

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Art and creative expression

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Sand tray play

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Movement and games

╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ Puppets and figures

Children are never pushed to talk before they're ready. We follow their lead and create a space where they feel safe enough to explore whatever they're carrying.

Caregivers Are Part of It

We see your child for one hour a week. You have them for all the other hours. That's why caregiver involvement isn't an afterthought, it's built into our approach from day one.

We'll help you understand what's driving your child's behavior, how to respond in ways that build security and connection, and how to feel more confident navigating the hard moments at home.
