Counseling Fees
Caregiver Intake Appointment
$200
60 minutes
The first step is getting to know you and your child. The intake is typically held with caregivers (without your child present, depending on age and needs). We'll gather background information, understand your concerns, review developmental and family history, and begin building an individualized plan.
Ongoing Counseling Sessions
$180
50-55 minutes
Ongoing sessions focus on building trust, supporting emotional growth, and working toward your child's goals through play therapy and developmentally appropriate approaches. Caregiver collaboration check-ins are woven in throughout the process.

A Word on Insurance
Attuned Child Center is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. We believe this allows us to provide deeply personalized care without the constraints of managed care timelines or diagnostic boxes.
We'll happily provide a superbill after your visit, which you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many families receive partial reimbursement depending on their out-of-network benefits.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider
Before your appointment, you may wish to ask:
Do I have out-of-network mental health or audiology benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage is reimbursed for out-of-network services?
Does my plan cover CPT codes for therapy or audiology evaluations?
Step Up for Students Scholarship
Attuned Child Center is a direct provider for the Step Up for Students Scholarship for students with Unique Abilities in Florida.
This scholarship can be used toward eligible services for qualifying homeschool and private school students.
