Understanding APD
Many families come to us because their child hears well but still struggles to listen, follow directions, or understand speech in noisy environments.
This may be a sign of Auditory Processing Disorder (APD)—a condition where the brain has difficulty making sense of the sounds the ears hear.
At Attuned Child Center, we provide comprehensive APD evaluations and evidence-based therapy to help children build stronger listening and communication skills.
